  • If your window depth is between 18 mm and 19 mm, use an 18 mm bracket. –
  • For a window depth of 20 mm to 21 mm, you’ll need a 20 mm bracket. –
  • If your window measures between 22 mm and 23 mm in depth, opt for a 22 mm bracket. –
  • A window depth of 24 mm to 25 mm requires a 24 mm bracket. –
  • For depths between 26 mm and 27 mm, use a 26 mm bracket. –

Do Perfect Fit Shutters Completely Block Out Light?

While Perfect Fit Shutters are designed to minimise light exposure, it’s worth noting that a tiny amount of light may still pass through. This is due to a minor 3mm gap at the top and bottom where the frame clips into the brackets.

If you’re looking for even more light control, you can easily apply a strip of white self-adhesive draft excluder behind the frame. These are readily available at your local DIY store.
